ElizaLuxe takes full responsibility for any production mistakes. If we send you the wrong set/size/color, we would gladly issue you a refund or send you a whole new set for FREE.

Please double check your shipping address, as we cannot change it once shipped.

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellation for sizing/length issues.

Due to recent health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns.

WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.

We will only honor a manufacturer defect if it meets any of the following criteria:

  • Item received has damage
  • Manufacture defects
  • Order has missing items

If the item does not meet the criteria, RMA (return merchandise authorization) will be rejected.

Defective Item

If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect merchandise, please submit a RMA request. You can contact us via chat on the website.

Request must be done within 7 days of the delivery received date. We require a photo/video of the defective item and the packing slip.

If we made a mistake with your order we will cover all shipping and handling cost back to us.

When contacting us about a defective item, please indicate your order number, email, and full name for us to check your order and to properly assist you.
