Refund policy
ElizaLuxe takes full responsibility for any production mistakes. If we send you the wrong set/size/color, we will gladly issue you a refund or send you a whole new set for FREE.

Please double-check your shipping address, as we cannot change it once shipped.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellation for sizing/length issues.
Due to recent health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns.
WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.
We will only honor a manufacturer defect if it meets any of the following criteria:
- The item received has damage
- Manufacture defects
- The order has missing items
If the item does not meet the criteria, RMA (return merchandise authorization) will be rejected.
Defective Item
If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please submit an RMA request. You can contact us via chat on the website.
The request must be done within 7 days of the delivery received to date. We require a photo/video of the defective item and the packing slip.
If we make a mistake with your order we will cover all shipping and handling costs back to us.

When contacting us about a defective item, please indicate your order number, email, and full name for us to check your order and to properly assist you.
