Do you only accept U.S. orders?
- We accept U.S. and International orders.
When do you ship my order?
- We know you are excited to get your order ASAP and we are also excited to provide you with our premium quality nails. We FINALIZE all orders DAILY by 2PM Eastern Time. Please note, orders placed on Friday are shipped the following Monday.
Shipping option:
- Standard shipping time 5-8 Business Day Transit Time
- U.S. orders are shipped by USPS:
- International orders are shipped depending on available carrier in your country.
- Estimated shipping timeframes begin once orders ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. To verify if package will arrive within a certain timeframe please contact us.

I am having delivery issues
- If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact your local post office responsible for delivering the package immediately. They will be able to assist you in recovering your package.
- ELIZALUXE does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
OH MY! I placed the wrong address, what should I do?
